Back in July, we reported on Amazing Labels’ acquisition of the groundbreaking Durst TAU 340 RSC E LED label press—the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and among the earliest worldwide. Previously, our printers hit speeds of up to 21 meters per minute, often slowing to around 13 meters. In contrast, the Durst TAU delivers an impressive 52 meters per minute. This leap in speed allows us to complete jobs swiftly, ensuring clients receive their labels faster than ever.
To support this increased production, Amazing Labels has invested in two Digicon Series 3 finishing machines. Celebrated as the world’s fastest semi-rotary die-cutting technology, it runs at an astounding 180 meters per minute. But it’s not just about speed. These machines are user-friendly and are robustly built, aligning with our commitment to quality and service excellence.
Despite economic challenges since our founding in 2020, Amazing Labels has thrived by consistently turning around standard orders within 24 hours.
