Lead Times

• Where no proof has been requested, the lead time for a job starts once receipt of the advance payment has been confirmed.
• Where a proof has been requested the stated delivery time begins once approval confirmation has been received from the customer, by fax, email or mail.
• The expected timeframe for Standard Delivery for online orders is 5-6 working days.
• The expected timeframe for Express Delivery for online orders is 2-3 working days, (1-2 working days for business cards).
• Unless picking up by prior arrangement, all jobs are delivered via courier.
