What is Die-Cutting?
Die cutting is a precise process that uses a custom die to cut labels into unique shapes that follow your artwork or logo.

- Promotional stickers — eye-catching giveaways for events or mail-outs
- Brand recognition — unique shapes that customers remember
- Special editions — limited runs or campaigns where presentation matters

We’ve invested in two Digicon Series 3 finishing machines, the fastest semi-rotary die-cutting technology in the world. Operating at 180 metres per minute, they deliver not only speed but also precision and durability — ensuring your die-cut labels look sharp and consistent, every single time.

Die-Cut Labels FAQ
What makes die-cut labels different from standard labels?
Die-cut labels are cut to the shape of your design rather than a standard square or rectangle, creating a more customised, professional look.
Can you make any shape?
Yes — we can produce almost any shape, from simple circles to detailed outlines that follow your logo.
Are die-cut labels more expensive?
Not necessarily. If we have the die in stock, there’s no extra cost. Non-standard dies may add a small setup fee, but the impact is worth it.
What materials can be die-cut?
Almost all of them — paper, vinyl, clear film, metallic, and textured stocks can all be die-cut.
How fast can I get die-cut labels?
If we have the die, turnaround can be as quick as 24 hours. If we need to source a new die, it may take a little longer — but we’re still fast.
